Having been a Boulder resident for 25 years, I feel like I have a unique perspective on which local businesses do a good job in town. While Gloss it the number one car wash and detailing service, there are quite a few other businesses who we think do an amazing job and we always like to give them a shout out.
Paintless dent repair, for those who are not familiar, is the ability to 'pop out' dents in a car without having to repaint anything. While most people think about hail damage, there are lots of other 'dents' you get - whether that is shopping carts hitting you or, in my case, a giant branch falling on your cars roof (because my wife refuses to park in the carport).
Enter Dent's by Hand - owned an operated by a great guy named Michael Hand. He has done PDR work in Boulder for me multiple times and every time I am blown away by how good of a job they can do. It's like they are metal wizards. They also recently got a new space off Arapahoe Rd and unlike most automotive repair shops, are incredibly well organized and get things done on time. Definitely check them out if you need PDR work done in and around Boulder.
